Territorial stock association "KKpahtasanoat" was established by the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan from 11.06.2001 year - UP-2874 "On measures for de-monopolization and improve the management of the cotton industry of the republic."
The main activities of the Association are:
- Systematic study of conditions in global and domestic cotton markets and, based on the emerging trends in them, the development of proposals for improving the system of allocation of breeding cotton varieties, the amount and structure of production of raw cotton,
- Assist ginneries in organizing the production of cotton production and preparation of planting cotton seeds,
- Develop and implement programs of modernization and reconstruction of enterprises, modernization of production facilities,
- Development and implementation of technology and technology training seed cotton,
- Improving the system of classification of raw cotton production,
- Monitoring the maintenance of order and variety updates grade placement of cotton,
- Monitoring the quantity and quality of harvested cotton enterprises produced cotton products, compliance with established standards yields of cotton products, waste and other losses of production.
