Yarn is produced on modern (2008) Swiss high-tech equipment Rieter. A modern technology Jossi Vision Shield is implemented for cotton purification. Italian spinning machines SAVIO (2008) are fitted with Uster Quantum 2 modules to supervise the quality of the yarn.
Laboratory control of the yarn is carried out at each stage of production on USTER TESTER 5 (2009) equipment, which allows to produce high-quality yarn that meets the highest world standards.
Production capacity is 300 tons per month. Yielded yarn is wound on cardboard cones and packed in polypropylene bags. Each pack contains 24 bobbins interlaid with cardboard sheets for better transportability. Each bobbin of yarn is individually packed in a plastic bag.
The technological cycle implies only highest quality cotton fiber grown in the most fertile cotton regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
