The oldest and largest medical institution in the Republic has played a significant role in shaping the training of nursing staff. In 1918 in Tashkent city, the first medical school - Territorial Muslim paramedic school has opened. The structure of this single, at that time, school reflects the needs of health care. The school was designed to perform the task - the preparation of national medical staff. S.Mahmudov, I.Shvartsman, O.Gusarov were the organizers of this school.

Tashkent International School (TIS), an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School is a private, not-for-profit, independent, co-educational day school governed by a board of directors that is elected and appointed from the parent community.

Tashkent Aircraft Building Vocational College – one of the first colleges appeared in our Republic. It was founded in 1998 on the base of Tashkent Aviation Technical Lyceum. It has realized absolutely new kind of education. According to the decree of the republic of Uzbekistan government the lyceum and the aviation technical secondary school named after Gagarin U.A. were joined in 2002.
