Rakhmon Bakayev was born in 1990 in Bukhara.
He has won the first place in region and has been given chance to take part in competition among the winners of country. The same month he has participated in the festival “Asrlar sadosi”(The voice of centuries). There has been written an article about him in the journal “Jannat makon” after such an active participation in different festivals.
On July, 2011 he has gone to Turkey for improving his knowledge in miniature painting. His favorite artist is Kamoliddin Behzod Rakhmon works with the style of Bukhara miniature painting school. Jahongir Ashurov is his master who taught everything about miniature painting to Rakhmon from 2006.
