Uzbekistan Football Federation is the governing body of football in the country. For improving the functioning of the federation in areas there were established regional offices, which are responsible for the development of this type of sport in the regions. In early 2010, the president of UFF Mirabror Usmonov was the one with initiative to implement the post of Vice-President of the regional football federation. The reason for this was extremely busyness of Federation President (Presidents of regional football federations are the governors of regions). According to this, the vice-president of regional football federations are the main responsible officials in the development of football fields.
