Stars TV is the trade mark of «Max Line» company which renders services of digital TV. «Max Line» company is created in 2005 with a view of maintenance of the organizations and private persons by services of telephony, access to the Internet and associations of local networks without use of cable lines on WiMAX technology. For the short period of time the company became the reliable partner of leading foreign and local organizations on maintenance of services of the given character. In 2007 «Max Line» company has opened a new direction in the activity becoming the first operator in Uzbekistan on granting services of digital TV under Stars TV trade mark.

"East Telecom" LLC is the largest digital communications operator in Uzbekistan that is using for providing services technology and solutions called as Next Generation Network – NGN, providing integration as a traditional communication service with a new services concerning batch communication and multimedia services.
